Year 6 Phoenix Class Assembly

This half-term, our Year 6 classes have stepped into the mystical world of Shakespeare’s Macbeth.  In Phoenix’s class assembly, we not only explored the life of the legendary playwright but also delved into the chilling tale of Macbeth, even hosting a dramatic trial to uncover who was truly to blame for the tragic events. To bring the story to life, the children performed two fantastic songs—one was a rap accompanied by powerful drum and percussion beats, while the other featured a rich blend of clarinets, piano, and electric guitar – all played by the children themselves! Every student showed incredible dedication throughout rehearsals, working tirelessly to perfect their performance. Most importantly, they embraced the process with enthusiasm, teamwork, and a real passion for storytelling.
