Year 5 Assembly - World War II

Year 5 had so much fun performing their first assembly in two years; they danced, laughed and learnt so much! The Year 5 classes appreciated the independence - such as editing their scripts and choosing their roles. Though it was quite difficult at the beginning, they had such a fabulous time pulling the strings of this show together. By the end they emerged proud of themselves, having managed to pull the assembly together in only one week! Their evacuee costumes and amazing props added the finishing touch to create the perfect atmospheric performance. Year 5 enjoyed this experience immensely and were overjoyed that people loved the effort they put into their wonderful performance.
